Our Martial Arts for Women classes focus on real-world applications, using techniques derived from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and traditional personal self-defense training.

About the Instructor

Your instructor, Abby Lloyd, is an accomplished grappler whose passion began with judo and expanded into wrestling, where she earned All-American status and a national title with SFU’s varsity wrestling team. Abby leverages her extensive experience across grappling disciplines—including five years as a varsity athlete—to teach practical, empowering self-defense techniques.
