Meet Your Seiyu Karate Instructor
Sasha Tadayoni
Sasha brings over 30 years of martial arts experience to Modern Warrior, including 20 years competing at amateur, national, and international levels. His background spans Kyokushin karate, boxing, Muay Thai, Dutch kickboxing, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu — with training across Germany, Japan, Iran, Canada, and the United States.
At 19, he trained directly under Shihan Makoto Nakamura, the legendary two-time World Kyokushin Karate Champion — lineage and intensity he brings to every class to help students pursue excellence inside and outside the dojo.

No. Seiyu Karate welcomes adults stepping into a dojo for the first time as well as experienced students. Coach Sasha structures classes so beginners can learn fundamentals safely while advanced members stay challenged.
This program is for adults ages 19 and over. Teens should explore our Teens Karate schedule, and younger children can start in Kids Karate.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring a water bottle, and arrive a few minutes early to sign in. Ask us about gi, gloves, or protective equipment for your trial if you do not yet own gear.
