To progress through your Jiu-Jitsu belting at Modern Warrior, you’ll be tested in three core disciplines – all in one complete, integrated program.

- Judo Use balance and leverage to bring larger opponents safely to the ground.
- Wrestling Take your opponent down and keep dominant control on the mat.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Master grappling, joint locks, chokes, and real-world ground control.
