Our adult karate program focuses on physical and mental conditioning while ensuring a safe and progressive learning experience.

    Prepare the body for dynamic movement.
  • Takedowns & Throws:
    Learn Judo-based and wrestling takedowns.
  • Positional Control & Escapes :
    Understand leverage to maintain or reverse control.
  • Submissions & Joint Locks:
    Master chokes, arm locks, and leg locks.
  • Live Sparring & Rolling:

About the Instructor

Your instructor, Cody Osborn, brings over a decade of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and both freestyle and collegiate-style wrestling. Passionate about blending grappling disciplines, Cody integrates wrestling techniques into Jiu-Jitsu instruction to provide practical, effective self-defense skills.
